Education and Training

The Saskatchewan Volunteer Firefighters Association is proud to be your link to training courses and materials. Through our associations with the International Fire Service Training Association (IFSTA), Saskatchewan Fire Service Instructors Group (SFSIG) and Target Safety you get access to training and educational materials for the fire service and related areas. You can reach professional instruction and materials in areas such as risk management and loss prevention and firefighter safety. Through these resources training becomes more affordable and available to all fire fighters within the province.
